Projects

Osborne has successfully completed a wide variety of projects. Our primary focus is on commercial, industrial, civil and housing projects for state and federal agencies. We also do selective work in the private market. Many of the projects that we have completed have been design/build projects for which we have selected and managed the design team. We have constructed schools, office buildings, dormitories, aircraft hangars, athletic facilities, warehouses, industrial complexes, housing developments, modular housing, bridges, airports, and roads. We often self-perform many work activities on a project, rather than subcontract them out, so we can maintain control of the project schedule. We also own a large fleet of heavy equipment for use on our civil work.
